A behind the scenes look at a recent studio development session, complete with a smiley face
Working on our website is something I really enjoy. I'm not a professional web designer, but I've been interested in sharing content online since 8th grade when I made a little gaming website on Geocities (complete with cheesy MIDI music and pictures that took forever to scan).
One of my favorite things is to look at old versions of what we've done, and seeing how it's come along since then. If you're curious, take a look at my old studio website. I just found it the other day, and immediately had to add some text to get people away from there!!
Anyway, it was time for an update again, so we added a few things. We've had students lately who aren't on Instagram ask if they could see more Chili pictures on here, so we added a new section of pictures where you can see our latest pics! It's right there on the new home page.
Speaking of Chili, her resume is overdue, but we're getting ready for that.
For our readers who aren't on social media, we hope having fast access to our pictures and videos on the site is helpful! We like staying in touch with y'all, and appreciate you taking the time to follow our teaching adventures.
Neil Fong Gilfillan is a Suzuki cello teacher in Frisco Texas. He and his wife Rachel Samson on viola/violin run Chili Dog Strings, the only string studio in Frisco named after a dog.
